All good except for the malfunctioning heated towel rail making the bedroom and bathroom very warm.

We were happy and would stay again.

Our first experience of ever being told that the restaurant was fully booked . When we queried it as we had driven for nine hours & mentioned we would leave & require a refund a table was suddenly available . Not a welcoming experience to the the hotel just stressful

Warm, friendly welcome, staff kind and made sure we had everything we needed and you were so welcoming to our small dog…thank you. I would stay there again for a night or two to explore the area, we only had one night passing through. I should add that there is a great range of shops and restaurants all within a two to five minute drive from the hotel.

The stay was adequate to my requirements. Friday night stay meant no in hotel dining.

Poor. Would have been excellent if not accused of not paying by receptionist after paying her colleague and being asked to leave our car and return to the desk. We lost 30 minutes sorting it out, even though we proved that the payment had gone through by showing our bank account. Very embarrassing and not what is expected
